Apex Logic Acquires Bullseye Datacomm

For Immediate Release

Anchorage, AK – December 4, 2009 – Apex Logic announced today that it purchased Bullseye Datacomm, an Anchorage based information technology company. Apex Logic Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Business (VOB) as prescribed in Federal Standard 52.219.1 Small Business Program.

Bullseye Datacomm has more than 30 years of experience providing voice and network cable design, installation, maintenance, testing, consulting, and project management for a wide range of Alaska companies. Their resume includes proven experience in “moves, adds, and changes” for your entire voice and network cable infrastructure, which are rapidly growing requirements in the federal space. As a result of this purchase, Bullseye Datacomm will now operate under the Apex Logic name.

Apex Logic, formed in 2005 as a Service Concerned Disabled American Veteran (SCDAV) company, is engaged in the design, implementation and maintenance of Local and Wide Area Networks as well as computer facilities. Additionally, the company has deployed customized software applications and telecommunications/network infrastructure both in Alaska and throughout the lower 48.

According to Owner Karl LeRay of Apex Logic, Bullseye Datacomm is a perfect addition for his company. “This acquisition clearly strengthens our competitive advantage in providing a telecommunications services in addition to the broad range of existing information technology services to our customers.
